Note that you can also book your accommodation through the registration system, so before you register you can look into the special offers available in accommodation.

The conference fee is
- 175 euro for JURE/Earli-members BEFORE the early bird deadline (25, April, 2008)
- 200 euro for NON JURE/Earli-members BEFORE the early bird deadline (25, April, 2008)
- 225 euro for JURE/Earli-members AFTER the early bird deadline
- 250 euro for NON JURE/Earli-members AFTER the early bird deadline
The conference fee includes registration, conference book, all coffee and lunch breaks, social program and conference dinner. Accommodation can be booked at registration but is not included in the conference fee.
Payment can be made online by credit card or by bank transfer. To pay by bank transfer, proceed with online payment but press 'cancel' when credit card information is asked. You will receive an e-mail with the bank account information. Registration is only accepted when payment is completed.
Chairing a session
In JURE 2008 we are aim to encourage instances of exchange among the participants and we would like your active participation in all the aspects of the conference. Thus we provide you with the opportunity to volunteer as a chair for a paper session. To do this you can send an email to jure2008@gmail.com. More information about the process of charing a session will be posted soon.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are excepted when they are made in writing and sent to the EARLI office, at the following adress:

After May 20 2008 refund is not longer possible. Cancellations before that date will be subject to an administration fee of 50 euros, plus the cancellation fee requested by the hotel if accommodation is booked through the conference system. Transfer of registration to a colleague is always possible, but only after informing the Earli Office (earli@ped.kuleuven.be).
